Don't hide behind a proxy,. Don't use player names matching those used previously by botters, don't include offensive or rude words in player name, and don't get banned.
Don't share cd key with botters.
Don't be unlucky enough to live in close proximity to cheaters
Do buy your own copy of the game and stick to a single player name, play nicely and you're much less likely to hit any problems
The player management logic changes daily as we keep the server more free of asshats than you find elsewhere
