Fix now on the server. Just in case there are any unexpected side effects to the fix it's admin configurable on/off.

This should also fix the occasional random telefrags...

Hey Pig. Have roxx been nerfed? Noticed over the last few games even 3 or 4 solid hits will not kill a full-health player.

Piglet:
No. No change. If you want I can add in the mutator that shows the damage caused if you want to do a test
