it's been a long time since I looked at the code but to mention,. it's a little obscure
the idea of using some game PPR against historic PPR is a good idea but I've a feeling it's sort of broken,. so team is winning already then A player joins that team,. people type teams because the balance got worse,. except the new player hasn't played a round,. so their 'game PPR' is 0,. really people should wait at least a round perhaps but using any 'game PPR' only makes sense when that player has played more than one round

Hmm - so 100 in "Auto Balance Avg VS Current PPR Weight (Percent)" might work better?

well,. I think you want some game ppr,. players under or over perform some games and it's good to try and account for that,. how much I don't know,. at a guess 20 or 30% game ppr perhaps (who knows!) :)
