@poom & n3c: My graphics were all high/normal, it turned out to be a "mismatch" error as you call it. My game also crashed when I tried using the trader room.
@n3c: Of course! Just a novelty video from last nIght,playing with triggers and Snipe.

OK, I have experienced, KFMod is not the stablest game. On my other system my perks are messed up and I cannot change them. And on my old Linux system the game crashes on an own listen server when I load a 2nd map. Not sure how this happened, since it worked stable in past.
What I want to say is: You could try to reinstall the whole game (including ut2004). And before you complain: I know, that sucks.

Nah, it's fixed now xD Just had to cache-extract the new version on the server, is all.
