Try use safe mode in ut2004. Disable any from of hardware futures (ROG SupremeFX 8-Channel High Definition Audio)

What audio driver did you use:
* Default windows 10
* Asus audio driver
* Realrek driver from Realtek site.

Try the HDMI audio, does it still lag?

Funny you should say that. I have plugged headphones into the DP monitor this morning, and it will be the next test I do...

DP sound is in time. Mobo sound is out. :)

DP sound is a little quiet though. May have to amp it before headphones.
