The guy had -11 score, i thought -8 was max to get a kick...we also need to change kick voting 5 is too much...we couldnt kick him only me and 2 others kick voted, no one in enemy team kick votes.

If my memory serves me well, it was previously set at -9 and at -10 automatically thrown shitheads from map. There were also 3 votes for kick-voting and you could vote for yourself. Now for some reason you need five votes, and you can't vote for yourself. It's a pity, because it was fun to vote for yourself.
About the dude, in the post. He probably changed his name, because I saw the same sabbing jerk named Strannik(RU) when we recently played with Dave on the Halloween map. Sorry, can't remember it properly, maybe Dave can.
ps. i mean, can't remember properly name of the map. i have some issues with their namings, sorre.

Strannik is a different person. I'm pretty sure of that.
Same general area ip-wise, so I'm going to attribute it to a 'meds' issue  in that region. :)
