There's an area "Voice channel" - join that and chat with people who are also on. Not sure how it works. I've never used it. I've never seen lots of people there...

Teamspeak no longer does licences for non-profit use. That's what I've used in the past.

would be fun to have a teamspeak server,. don't know how many would use it,. apparently they still have free option for 32 slots https://teamspeak.com/en/features/licensing/ ?
