His "problem" is indeed not the will to thaw, but the inability to use adr and res. That and he is doing more or less fine.

Baris does use res,. probably more than certain other players who seem oblivious to the radar thing on the top left of the screen
People play different that's cool,. personally I look at that radar thing a lot,. it tells you not just where some frozen guy is but also all kinds of other useful info (plus radar ftw!) :)
