Map Editor Issues...

Maybe someone here knows?
I have an issue when Map Editing.  At times UE just hangs for 2-7 seconds while it drives my GPU usage to 75%+  It doesn't appear to be doing anything except making the GPU work really hard.
My system is i7 with 1080 so should be plenty of power for this. 

Anyone solve this?
