yeah i know but at the price i got it for (cheap) 1ms and 144htz and 32in curved it was worth it - the ones listed previously had gone up in price

I just splurged on a MSI Optix G271 for myself. Freesync and displayport seems much better than hdmi, although she does have a newer cpu and mobo (my missus) than mine; that's next on my list of upgrades :)

if cheap is your thing, buy second hand. I have an ultrawide angle and I got it 2nd hand from a gamer who did not like it. Just 100 bucks for something nearly new. I always love sniping deals like this and you won't be sad if you have something like meet and pickup websites (craig list and similar). Luckily in France we have a rocking site and I often find outstanding stuff nearly new :)

Nice, I didn't consider that. Cost me £200. I've only ever had 60hz monitors before (I've still got a CRT in the cupboard; which I might break out for notalgia trips), my missus has a 75hz and hers is soo much smoother than mine, I get tearing quite frequently on some games.
