Is that compatible with Windows 11? Most UT extractors are ancient and made for XP so they don't run for me 

W11 here and running fine.

Another option is to back up your cache folder and delete all maps from the cache, then you join the server when it is empty and choose the maps you want to download, then you will know which maps are in your folder. Some maps won't work (due to a missing file, etc.), you'll have to open it with the unreal editor and save, at least that's what I did
