It is on the dark skin, but not on the light version.

If it were me, I'd re-hash the main site banner and stick a dirty great DONATE!!! button smack bang in the centre of it.
Perhaps a competition can be arranged...the winner gets to choose 10 maps of their choosing?!?  ::)
