I have the same on VCTF with the "snipers" although I blame it on "Netcode"  O:-)
(I tell myself over 110 they get a real advantage and I got a better chance against my Hero's with almost the same ping)

Wish those would go to Freon sometimes and see if and how they score over there.
I know I don't stand a chance, I tried and failed  :))
