I'd stick with lite version and get pro if I really need the extra features.
For me, lite does everything I need - tabs, all folders open in same window, mass renaming, cmd from addressbar, filters, splitting, shredding and more :)

Yep, great one, but let me suggest two more options:

* Qtabbar (if you only need tabs) - requires .net framework 3.5 under WinXp - works out of the box under Windows 7
* Explorer ++ (which I am using under Windows XP) almost the same features like Explorer 2

x2 with like 17 tabs open - takes ~10 MB RAM. I've yet to find another filemanager this lightweight and powerful.
