Does someone know all perks in the game and how to get them?

I've just figured out when I have welded enough and shot some enemys I can become support specialist.
After killing many zombies you can become Commando.

But how about the other ones?

Zombie:
suppor=Weld/Shotgun
medic=heal ur team a lot
commando=kill zombies with the bullpup
sharpshooter=make a lot of headshots
beserker=make a lot of melee kills.
for  2.53 a firebug perk would be nice.

I'd also like to have multiple levels of the perks (like I saw in the steam version).
