Nope   (6 ÷ 2) * (1 + 2) = 9    Note the * between them.

I think you have to use PEDMAS. Not Bedmas, or whatever. Think about it.

6/2(1+2)
6/2(3)
3(3)
=9 

You don't do 2(3) first. Even with BEDMAS you do division before multiplication (i'm pretty sure).  So then it'll be 6/2, then 3(3).
