Site upgrade and redesign

What's new?
- SMF forum software upgrade
- redesign
- added some extra functionality (eg youtube bbcode)
- restored a couple of members who were accidently removed once because of their inactivity (eg Stilkdog).
- rearranged/removed some inactive forums (eg Tutorials, Steam KF)
- more user ranks depending on their postcount

To do:
- fix KF server stats page (http://themiasma.com/kfstats/)
- fix the style bugs on various pages
- make new icons (sort of a never-ending process)
- maybe incorporate some sort of a downloads system

PS. I gave the "keys" of the KF server to Snipe, since he wanted to leave this place and I have no interest in managing this server my own. If you all still wanna leave, then let me know and I'll remove KF related stuff from this website.

Wow, you even kept the name. I'm honoured. It seems even "busier" than this site. Guess you all really hate me.

Well, we didn't know you just redesigned the site.
We thought you destroyed the site and left.... 

So we needed a replacement.

I was gonna take it down sooner or later for development.

I took the "sooner" option when I noticed that some of the members want to leave this community anyway.
