If anyone's interested, I have a 1000px image "inspired" by the site logo.

Yes, it's raster, but when will we ever need anything more than 1000px anyway? It scales nicely at 500px and 250px too.

Yeah. Had something like it drawn on paper, then mocked it up in Photoshop and got it where I liked it. Did the darker blue back as well.
