"Godmode" cheat under Windows

When I set up Windows 7 I was pissed by the userunfriendly layout of the setting menus.
Then I found a hidden option called "GodMode":

Make a new directory and name it

The left part doesn't have to be "GodMode", lol. It can be any string.
Eg

--- Code: ---N3Cr0.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
--- End code ---

Ah right, haven't tried (just seeing this thought was right).
But I have read the developers call it GodMode.
