Krieg, Frieden und Zombies

Vanico:
Yeah, I prefer that idea too.
I always mentioned the same ideas in another thread but I think you have enough to do with other things and you already have to redo the classic zombies because of copyright... maybe in future?

N3Cr0:
Classic zombies fly with N3Cr0-Airlines - that makes them become zombies :P

i need to be inspired which keeps me interested, and monster variants interest me.  The ninja idea was similar to the former Mrs Clamely: fast and can jump high.  I'd like an array of monsters with varying tactics... which is what i like about kf, so keeping that tradition is nice, but as you say they can't be kf monsters, and that's fine with me.

So like kf but more devious and deadly, I hope.  The kf siren, retail made her uglier but for me that doesn't work.  A true siren is also alluring, how to do that, and with intent to kill soliders...?  Not sure.

I only have 1 definite idea for a monster so far, but n3cro mentioned a flamethrower monster and I like that idea a lot.

So mutants intent on destroying humans - but it's also defensive, they don't want to die but their way of life threatens humanity, and visa-versa.  What methods would they think of to destroy humanity... that involve guns, and also visa-vera, new weapons.

Vanico:
Well, ok, why not inspire you?
Also german names would be cool: (I'll put the english name in brackets though)

I already posted some of them I think but anyway:
- Viper: A big mutant (about the size of a scrake) with scorpion-like features. 2 giant claws that deal monstrous damage, a poisonous bite and a big sting that also poisons enemies. The viper may be very slow but unaware players can be killed very fast. The poison from a bite deals about 5 points damage per second and lasts for about 5 seconds. Also it slows down the player and makes him an easy victim for other enemies. A sting though deals damage until the victim dies. The sting takes 1.5 seconds to charge. If the viper still manages it to sting you only a medic can heal you. (normal syringes won't help!)

- Dompteur (Tamer) and Wolfshunde (Wolfhounds): The tamer is a terrific creature that has 2 giant flesh whips instead of his hands. He uses one of them to hold back up to 3 of his wolfhounds. The tamer can attack with 1 whip while having the hounds and even disarm the player (he grabs the weapon and throws it on the ground). Also you shouldn't move too close (the dogs can bite, you know) Shooting his whip will potentially free his dogs and stun him for a short moment. The dogs are very fast and bloodthirsty but can't take many shots before dying. A tamer without dogs moves faster and attacks with both whips but, well, hasn't got his dogs anymore.  If the tamer dies, before his whip is shot, the dogs will be freed anyway and attack.

- Rex: Mini-Boss and alpha animal of the wolfhounds. He appears in a specific round and attacks with enormous agility and powerful bites. He also posseses the ability of creating dimensional fissures and firing longrange lightnings. He can jump into some kind of portal and appear somewhere else on the map, skip walls and doors and appear randomly in front of you which makes him incalculably. But he has much less health than the Matriarch and Patriarch for example. About 7-9 Law rockets are enough to kill him... if you can hit him.

- Pyromane (Pyromaniac/Firebug): The pyromaniac is a mutant that possesses a flamethrower on his left arm which makes him a very deadly foe in close-quarter fights. Also he's able to shoot an incendiary bomb which explodes after 3 seconds. Although his attacks make him very dangerous for non-firebugs he's almost helpless in long-range fights since he's very slow, has less health than a siren and no effective long-range attacks.

 :drunk: To Snipe34,

I have some ideas for mutants. What about a really HORRIBLE looking genetic mutation:

Sorry Vanico. Read Vanico's post above ^^
