And in geometry mode you can select a BSP face and expand / contract it, with grid on, of course.  No need for entering the sizes anymore, just begin with the 256x256x256 red brush everywhere then expand / contract with mouse clicks.

And there's so many other ways UDK makes stuff easy :p
