As I know they have not released it in Germany, which may cause Issues with the keyboard layout here.
At least I got the dreamcast edition:

* played on my PC with emulator: "-" key only works on the numberpad (which my Laptop doesn't have)
* played on my Dreamcast: almost always mixed up "Y" and "Z" (and some special symbols)But apart from that it's a lot of fun.

L4Dead 2 hardly played that, bored.  Out of Hell, 1/2 played level one and got bored...  But Raj and a few other people enjoyed Out of Hell.

L4Dead 1, had fun on Steam, BUT with good teams and voice talk was helpful.  Finally we played all maps thru on extreme... ultra hard... forget what they called it.  There were sometimes griefers who like to fuck games, but we had fun with them too  >:D
