So I found my old PC specs on my Gametracker account. Never realized just how bad of a laptop I used to put up with compared to my new rigs.

Windows 7 32-bit                                                            -->    Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit (only downside )
Toshiba Satellite (insert model # here)                      -->    HP Envy 17 (j034ca)
Amd Athlon X2 Dual-Core QL-65 @ 2.1GHz              -->    Intel Core i5 3320M @ 2.6GHz (Dual-Core)
2GB RAM                                                                          -->    12GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 791MHz (11-11-11-28)
150GB WD ATA                                                               -->    1TB Hitachi HGST (SATA)
ATI Radeon 3100 Graphics                                          -->    2048MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M
15.6" LCD 1280x800@60Hz                                        -->    17.3" LCD 1600x900@60Hz
Built-in speakers and mic                                            -->     Logitech G430 Gaming Headset
Logitech Wireless Laptop Mouse                               -->     Cyborg R.A.T. 5

So I found a new use for my Surface Pro tablet.
