Best FPS?

Hi all.

I bought an Acer Predator for gaming and graphical design.
Ut2004 is the coolest FPS I know, but I am looking for something new.

Graphics should be lifelike, and there must be a multiplayer mode.
I like sniperguns and the possibility to hide.
What is the best FPS that I could buy right now?

Any form of advice is welcome!

There many high quality free games you might want to try here:

Many of them aren't actually free, but involve micro payments for stuff like extra weapons. Still, should be fun...

When it comes to games that aren't free and include snipers, maybe you'd like Battlefield and Halo series. I haven't played either of them, but from what I've seen the maps are pretty huge.

Extremely cool that a game like that can be played for free.

I don't mind spending €50,- to €70 on a brand new game with beautiful graphics.
Thinking about Battlefield 3 or Call of Duty: Black Ops II
Does anyone else have an idea what would be the best FPS that I can buy?

The PC is awesome, it boots in seconds, installs everything real fast, UT2004 looks like a different game.
