If you're having this issue in Win 10 go to Mouse Settings > Adjust Mouse And Cursor Size

and disable "show visual feedback around the touch points when i touch the screen"

This apparently solved the issue, at least so far windows cross hair has not appeared anymore.

It again appears when i go back to windows and return with alt tab.

I have to alt tab again so it disappears, not sure this is a solution.

This happened to me when my old mouse got disconnected due to a damaged cable, to fix it i was pressing alt+enter twice which switches to windowed and back to fullscreen.

Tested right now, unplugging the mouse makes it appear.

See if when you bend the usb cable, you get the USB connect/disconnect sound.

I'm using alt tab to go to windowed and back but it's annoying because it pops back very soon

last night i downloaded another gog version and reinstalled the game, same.

i also turned off all programs like lightshot, ccleaner, utorrent.. that
might be stealing the focus

i tried two free softwares to force unreal always on top

still same

Have opposite issue in Apex Legends. Cursor DISappears in-game and an Alt-Tab out-in restores it. No such issue in UT, ever, though.

Found a workaround, playing windowed with window max stretched,
not perfect due to white title bar, but 1000 times better than having
two cursors.

But windows cursor is not that big deal, it appears much less often and quick alt tab removes it,
much quicker than when you go from full screen to windowed and back.
