You're better of using external programs like TeamSpeak.

Ingame is freeking annoying and can't be muted.

NOPE we have a miasma voice chat on discord me and Killer_XTREME!! use it sometimes, if u want u can use it but u have to invite e players to join coz not many players use it and not all players speak English
