ALT+ENTER    =  switch fullscreen<> windows mode
CTRL+G  =  disable-enable mouse integration (window mode)
Windows 10 Tablet mode enabled?
It's a virtual mouse pointer problem.

I force deleted whole C:\WIndows\Cursors folder and bastard still appears.
Other windows cursors are still functioning normally, so i guess windows
has them backed up in other location.

I also checked if maybe those are not Unreal's cursors, but there is no
.cur files in UT installation.

I have this behaviour sometimes in a couple of games when I switch between the game and the desktop too fast / too often, but usually this is fixed when properly maximising the game window again. Are you sure this is only happening in UT?

Actually it makes sense, it's not my idea, too bad didn't work.

Linux is great. I'm no expert, but:

1. This forum and wider website including the server monitoring and admin hax is running on Linux
2. The Freon Stats Server and redirect server for the servers is running on Linux
3. At home I have an adblocking/general home automation setup running on a Pi running on Linux
4. At work I spend most of the day working on seriously massive enterprise level computers running Linux
5. My andoid phone? That's using Linux kernel.
6. My router? Linux.

Linux is pretty much everywhere. It's not a niche thing any longer.

As a web developer all my host servers ever used Linux so..
I know Android is based on Linux..
I know it has equal possibilities like win or mac os including intelligent home integration
Adblock in Chrome works perfectly fine so
Well, it's free so no wonder enterprises use it, as do hosting services
So i know well Linux is not marginal hobbyist thing, it's just that i been used to Win
ever since Win95

This guy had same problem and found the cause was Chrome stealing focus,
i tried, same, i went to task manager and turned off all processes except the
core windows functions and few others that cannot be turned off, same.
