again, im no he, im a she a her and a sister pleaseeeeeee. Second, i dont winjoin, sometimes i spectate and return cause im at work, and the balancer does that, no me, but i do prefer red team. Third, i dont know scofield, but he is good truly, and fourth if you are going to put on someone side at least review what happends, your mate smallbals is a racist, misogynist and homophobe, so maybe you should know if he doenst hate you for no reason or something.

Stop the 'racist' accusations. That's not what happened. He found your gameplay and comments annoying and lost it. He has apologized and is back on. If you continue to taunt him and prolong this incident, it'll become your problem.
If you're at work, don't game. It would be beyond stupid to lose your job for this. Also, being AFK and being inconsistent in your play isn't really fair to the others playing the match. Think about that a little bit.

imho, random selection is weird. i do not want to play on dc side, for example. so it can be the same here for others players. maybe volunteers will do?
