I used to make a similar mut back in 2012: this mut is visible on RezQ instagib server.
The mutator just spawns fireworks at flag stand and teleports all members or winning team around the flag.

But what do you do with the enemy players hovering about the "helpless" flag at the endgame?
Winning team player's Bodies and heads are resized randomly to look funny, the enemy team players are just normal sized.
