Can't connect to warfare server "Denied code: NF601G"

Just as the title says, I can't connect to the warfare server, I get the error "Denied code: NF601G", I can connect to the freeze tag, thought. Any idea what's going on?

It means you're banned. Send your IP address and GUID if you want to know why.

What's the GUID and where should I send this? I did nothing wrong :l

Guid is the CD KEY !
go to UT: settings - game

on the button is a key number, send this to Raj !
