When Nomad is into team-killing, he has no peer, and he gets banned when an admin is on. I make my bans effective to take away the next full weekend from him, my little revenge for the time he makes me waste.
When Nomad is playing the game, he is ineffectual at worst.
If we 'ban' all ineffectual players, the server would be empty. We work with (and suggest you do too) the new and/or ineffective players and help them become team players.
