Alrighty - a story map of the pipes of Tower.
To tone down the glaring brightness: KFSPlevelInfo > KFSPlevelInfo > bUseVisionOverlay = False.

For the problem of vis of the outside of the pipes I could make a nice curved staticmesh to cover that, just send me the pic you want on it. And drawing of the exact shapes too, if you have an idea for that.
