Minor gameplay tweak - Raptor's missile.

The newest minor tweak is dedicated to [MiA]Dave.

The standard code allows raptor missiles lock on to any flying vehicle or manta at any distance. Even right at the other side of the map.

My logic: If you couldn't be shot with shock by someone standing on it, your missiles can't lock on to it.

This shouldn't affect anyone but asshats!

Hey, I had a situation, when mr "I sniper shoot you from any distance from the first shot" (guess who) could shot me from turret and I couldn't lock on it with avrill.

Yeah. The different weapon distances are annoying. I find the ability of the hellbender to be unhittable behind a slope while still being able to fire its beam at you quite unsatisfactory

OK - sound now changed. Not exactly fixed....but different in a possibly good way. More positional than normal.

I had dig a little deeper into the code to work out what went wrong originally. Looking at the game code it's not obvious to me why subclassing ONSAttackCraftGun makes the sound stop, but maybe it loses the simulated event. Hey Ho

The sound fix made the firing sounds positional. I have to say, it feels wierd...but right.

I'm not sure they added anything....
