best thing, copy an emitter you like from someone else's map, paste it into yours.

howto:  1/ click on the chosen emitter > right click, edit > copy.  2/ open your map, right click > edit > paste

volume 2 yeahhh there's a UT link somewhere on emitters... but it's a mind f**k.  Best is copy/paste.  Then fiddle with the emitter settings.  But! don't change any emitter settings when you have the joystick (real time) pressed or it may totally break your map.
