Which days of the week are the best to play with real players? and at what time of the week is the best (United States time)?

I don't track number of players by day and time. The vCTF/ONS server is populated pretty much all the time, with more players in the evening UK time but you can always check current numbers from here:

The Freon server is populated off and on during the UK daytime and in the evening it's full until about 11pm UK time. You can check current numbers from here:
