Hey :)

Its a map that I made over 10 years ago and the last DM Map I made for UT2004 ever since.
Maybe its suitable for the Freon Server. Might be a bit too big (and maybe a bit too laggy for some players) though.

We tried it. It might be nice as a ctf/ONS map...but it's just too big for freon.

That would probably be too small and has too many dead ends for Freon tbh. I scaled the entire map by the factor of 0.75 and that feels much much better. Need to adjust a few things that arent carried over during the scale map process such as the terrain, mover keys (lift), move speed and the scale of the procmesh (lake/pond) and maybe a few more things I havent spotted yet, but maybe it deserves another try then :D

I still dont like this map a lot though. Back when I made all palm trees roughly the same size and distributed them quite evenly among the map lol. Made this map before I studied Game Art & Animation for 2 years and worked as an environment artist for some years, so yea, its awful in my eyes but still a lot better than garbage like FFM Constructor or anything similar.

What we really want is maps that work as well as Contrast or goose

When we played this the day piggy mentioned, my initial impression was as well that the inside - maybe scaled up - would make a decent map, even though maybe not when the server is full. Should you decide to create such a version I'll give it a shot.
