If my memory serves me well, it was previously set at -9 and at -10 automatically thrown shitheads from map. There were also 3 votes for kick-voting and you could vote for yourself. Now for some reason you need five votes, and you can't vote for yourself. It's a pity, because it was fun to vote for yourself.
About the dude, in the post. He probably changed his name, because I saw the same sabbing jerk named Strannik(RU) when we recently played with Dave on the Halloween map. Sorry, can't remember it properly, maybe Dave can.
