Hello everyone,

I play Killing Floor for Steam, have a server for it, so on so forth, but I've wanted to see where it came from for a while now and thus ordered UT2004 in the mail, installed it today, installed KF afterward, but alas, I have this error.

It happens when I click "Ready" to start the game after I have already loaded into the map. I'm running Windows 7 with Killing Floor 2.52 .

Code: [Select]
KFMod Build UT2004_Build_[2004-09-02_05.02]

General protection fault!

History: UObject::ProcessEvent <- (KFHumanPawn KF-WestLondon.KFHumanPawn, Function KFMod.KFPawn.PostNetBeginPlay) <- ULevel::SpawnActor <- (KFHumanPawn) <- UObject::ProcessEvent <- (KFGameType KF-WestLondon.KFGameType, Function KFMod.KFGameType.PendingMatch.Timer) <- AActor::Tick <- TickAllActors <- ULevel::Tick <- (NetMode=2) <- TickLevel <- UGameEngine::Tick <- Level KF-WestLondon <- UpdateWorld <- MainLoop <- FMallocWindows::Free <- FMallocWindows::Realloc <- 676F4C57 0 FArray <- FArray::Realloc <- 0*2 <- FMallocWindows::Free

Delete your KFmod20User.ini and KFMod20.ini  and install the unreal 2004 megapack ,maybe that helps ..
Yes those ini files  , forgot to add "mod"

Delete your kfconfig.ini and kfuserconfig.ini and install the unreal 2004 megapack ,maybe that helps ..

I have no files by those names, my only ini files are:
KFmod20User.ini
KFMod20.ini
UT2K4Mod.ini
default.ini
defuser.ini

I assume you mean the first two? I'll try that then.

Downloading and installing the mega pack now. Also, thank you for your speedy response.

Mutators for Unreal or Killing Floor?

What does KillingFloorMut do anyway?

In killing floor, before creating the server. Go to the mutator Tab.
Then remove all mutators.

It should be like this.

Yes yes, I know I've done it in my Unreal-mod servers many times, I was just curious why there is a mutator named after the game it is in.

Anyway, thanks guys, installed the megapack worked. I'll play Killing Floor when I wake up hopefully.
