hey Thor, hows u - u got a family now?

I'm not too bad good to see you around again, been a long time, and nah, no family.

Welcome mate, long time no see!

There he is. I think it is alright that I blame you for being to busy to join the game recently (or playing incognito)  :D

I work shifts and the servers usually pretty dead when I have time to play :(

What times do you usually check the servers? There might not be around for a full round of freon, but maybe some 1 vs 1 DM is possible.

Are you still doing the semiconductor business stuff (supplies for it, iirc)?

Yeah I grow Semiconductor Crystals, I rotate across 3 shifts weekly so it kills me a bit.

Every week is a new shift? That's just wrong. They're just trying to off you before they have to pay retirement benefits.

It’s not the greatest shift rotation in the world that’s for sure, I work 11pm - 7am, then 3pm - 11pm and finally 7am - 3pm before heading back on to nights.

Is it worth it? That's seriously going to be messing up your body.

But weekly or does that happen within a week?

Can you copy over the directories from your old PC? That's what I've done each time I've upgraded, then updated the registry with the key (copied from old registry or from the install disks I still have).

You might fare better using OpenGL.
This, and other stuf here:  https://miasma.rocks/index.php?topic=1076.0

I've tried it with both 32 & 64 bit versions of UT2004 and find it performs better than D3D.
I also find the 64 bit version of Ut2004 runs better than 32, but it loses the text to voice chat function.
