I have a question for the knowledgeable :

How can lightning gun shots be invisible?

To be precise, how come some lightning gun shots just appear on you without the vector (the white line) that should appear between you and the enemy shooting you?

Some seem to know how to trigger this effect consistently on miasma warfare.

I'm not aware of any way - other than the person shooting you not being in your field of vision: to the side, behind, or above...

Yes, i was aware of that, but I suspect there might be more to this than just that.

On that match, no matter where i faced, I never had the referred white vector for a particular player. Neither did I see him on those occasions, to be clear.

From what I saw, it can also happen in certain conditions of lag/pl. Darkside used to land a lot of those, at some point.

I think it's when you shoot through a static mesh when your target is shot while you aim the edge of a static meshe.
