How to get legal UT2004 key?

Hi, quick question: how to get legal UT2004 key? My polish friend want to start playing game but as we know, the distritubiton from Epic Game is disabled. Any ideas?  ::)

Is this "key" only works on the server, or a legit one that you can use everywhere?
