In windows 11 it's generally recommended to disable Memory Integrity for gaming...
I think it's under settings-privacy&security-windows security-device security-core isolation-memory integrity... Toggle it off and try the game.
Personally I've had issues in the past especially with win 11 (more especially with 24h2) and nvidia drivers are the worst they've ever been for causing problems. Maybe that suggestion will help
