TriangleMan:
Hello.

Just got Killing Floor up & running on my system about a week ago.  Love at first sight!  ;D

I'm a UT2004 nerd & that's how I came upon Killing Floor.  Pretty good sniper & freeze tag player.  Not the best, not the worst....  But fanatical about collecting and exploring all things Unreal.

Took some fiddling to get Killing Floor to work.  But, a couple of DL tries, some patches, trial and error, I'm on.  Your server is almost the only active server that pops up on my search.  Fine with me because it's actually populated with a bunch of fun players.

Anyway, thought I'd check in.  I've DL as many maps as I can find and am in the process of learning the game, maps, tricks etc...  Hate being a noob, but gotta start somewhere.  Hehe.  Thanks for putting together a top notch server & I look forward to fighting with you soon.

Hello. I love freezetag too, but don't play it these days really. :)

You can find maps for KF here:
http://www.moddb.com/mods/killing-floor/addons
There's "survival map pack" which contains most of KF maps, and also many uploads by Mahlooeh.

Newer maps you can find on our forum. Alternatively, you can also extract all maps from UT2004 cache (downloaded when you connect to server and don't have the map). UT Cache extractor

TriangleMan:
Thank you!

Truly having fun with Killing Floor.  Think I got most of the basics down last night.  It's impressive watching you guys work together with a 150+ zombies coming your way.  I get that opportunity because I'm usually dead. ;D

Someone posted up a big zip of maps here: http://ut2004.ut-files.com/index.php?dir=GameTypes/KillingFloor/

Tried the cache.  Need to mess with it a bit.  Wants to draw on my standard UT2004 stuff.  Can you have a cache extractor in the UT2004 file and the UT2004/KF file.  They didn't seem to like each other??
