OS: Windows NT 6.1 (Build: 7600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD Unknown processor @ 2706 MHz with 2046MB RAM

Check the Editor.log file.
You can find it in the unreal system folder.

Maybe is missing some files... so you'll get errors like this in the log

Log: Failed to load 'xxxxx': Can't find file 'xxxxx'
Warning: Error loading xxxxxx !!!

oh, great......

looked at the error, telling me that it couldn't load the safe file. so i was like HUH?

then looked at the safe file, and the other safe files that gave the error....

they had one thing in common, having a safefile with over 130 characters is a bad idee  :o

so i renamed the file to something shorter and got it back!

Thanks a lot for helping afx0r!
