Hello everyone!

I just finished my first and last(?) map for killing floor. It's based on an old ut map I really liked. I added some new meshes to it and made it dark. It's fairly easy to beat, except that its really dark, so you have to be careful wandering around, but what could be more fun than fighting zombies in dark, right?

Also sorry about not introducing myself, but who cares who I am. :3

That's a nice map!  Trader Truck is a great idea too.

Well yes of course we care, everyone cares, this is a nice place :)

I uploaded to redirect but then it was already on the game server. I guess Raj copied it already.  Hope that won't cause problems.

Nice map, i liked it ;) Here can be some potential bugs, but we'll see how it works on server.

The invisible walls (blocking volumes) are annoying, put some meshes or something to block the players in a more "natural" way.

I uploaded to redirect but then it was already on the game server. I guess Raj copied it already.  Hope that won't cause problems.

No problems. Yeah I uploaded it, told you guys in server yesterday that I'm uploading. That's why I was AFK.

Well the original maps name was DM-GridlockLP.ut2. I don't know where did I found it to be honest. The original authors are something like "european mappers alliance". However it was too colorful and nice to be a KF map by its own, so I modified it a bit. I always thought this map has a nice apocalyptic feel that fits well with zombies.

The invisible walls (blocking volumes) are annoying, put some meshes or something to block the players in a more "natural" way.

Alright, I know there are plenty of things yet to fine-tune.

So finally, I  had some time to fix my crappy old map...

New Features:

   -No Darkness
   -The city is no longer just ruins
   -Faster zombie Spawning
   -Extra zombies Spawning
   -Fixed stairs
   -No more gate door
   -Weapons are more scattered
   -Custom music on wave 9 (Not copyrighted stuff, so you don't have to go to jail).
   -Some cool sounds from freesound.org

If you find any bugs or some other kind of nasty stuff, please note them in this thread.

Okay, so something causes the zombies having flickering light on them (weird, I don't have any flicker triggerlight), and I also forgot to hide some triggers.

I'm gonna fix these soon

Wow that's awesome!
Stalkers and Gorefasts in wave 1 xD Pretty hard map.
Also nice cars btw.

The only problem is the bridge in the middle: it's a little bit too high/the staircase is too low. When you wanna go downstairs you will hurt yourself by falling.
Maybe you can fix it with making the stairs longer.
