I know zero coding as well, aside from Flash...

I do, but I always find something to interrupt me, if possible  :D   Problem is I fall asleep trying to learn code, it's so boring.

The only thing I see from all this that turns me off, in the developmental stage, are all the factors that affect damage and damage resistance, special effects, and things of the like. Not saying it's impossible, but with most people I’ve talked to(that've worked on bigger projects similar to this, have agreed that "it's tedious to try and make it all happen without either nerfing the player or making him a superhero, unless you've got a large team of devs behind the project. There are just too many numbers for one person to organize and balance effectively."

But otherwise, it's very detailed, developed, and creative :P

IF I get into a good Video Game Development College, I might get a couple of friends to help with coding the clothing. That, or completely drop the clothing's DAM RES and let the exterior armor be the only one with Damage Resistance.

Speaking of exterior armor, I actually need help for some good ideas for Light, Medium, and Heavy armor

The armor categories including: Torso, L/R upper arm, L/R forearm, L/R upper leg, L/R lower leg, and shoes.

I'm just going to post up the Rules for Weapon modding
1. No more than 3 weapon mods can be added
2. Mods that have been added, cannot be removed.
3. You cannot have mods in the same area of the weapon (can't have 2 scopes or 2 undermount weapons attached)

Clothing mods (considering there isn't a whole lot of modifications for clothing, there's only 2)
1. Only 1 clothing mod can be added
2. Mods that have been added, cannot be removed.

Armor mods
1. only 2 Armor mods can be added
2. The Engineer Medium Armor is the only armor that can hold 4 mods.
3. The Auto Turret takes up 2 mod slots.
4. Once a mod has been added, it cannot be removed.

Mods can be assigned a MOD key or button
PC: Arrow Keys
XBOX: Direction Pad
PlayStation: Direction Pad

Mods can be selected a key by:
1. (recommended) make sure no infected are nearby
2. Press (PC: ESC, XBOX: start, PLAYSTATION: start) to go to the Menu
3. Select Modifications
4. Select (WEAPON or ARMOR)
5. Select the key you wish to assign a mod
6. Select mod
7. ???
8. PROFIT

Not all modifications have to be activated for it to work (armored [clothing], blood drenched [clothing], Bandolier [clothing and armor], etc.)

The Flare Tube is the only mod that cannot be assigned a key, reason why is because it's already been assigned the bottom key.

THE FLARE TUBE USES FLARES (ammo), USE IT WISELY!!!

Flares are used for emergency pick ups from helicopters that come from nearby settlements.

Knowing how reliable the Unreal 3 engine is (it can take a large amount of NPCs, have insane physics, and still run as smooth as a new sports car), I'm probably going to use that engine. That or when the Unreal 4 engine comes out in 2014.

I need to learn how to: Script, Texture, Model, and create audio.
Well, my plans are set towards the end of college (I'm a Highschool freshman, it'll be some time before I get into college) and I am still getting  friends who can help with audio (not so much with modelling, scripting, or textures).

Maybe you guys could tutor me on how to script objects in UnrealEd 2 (such as doors opening with custom animations), re-skin weapons, create a new weapon model, and record and edit sounds :D.

I'm pretty sure the audio editing will be much easier than the rest.
