I'd been saving for a while, hadn't upgraded my CPU, motherboard and RAM in 10 years.  ;D

For the last three days, this.
Thank goodness for my new RAM and 4790K!
Wallpaper is blue and black gradient. Exciting, dramatic, creative!

Yikes, it's a lot dirtier in the picture. Maybe it's about time I give it a deep cleaning. Also, that screenshot was staged. There's no way in hell I'm ever that busy...

And a copy-paste from Speccy with some extra notes. The CPU, motherboard and RAM are about 5 years old and still going strong. Everything else was done within the last couple of years:

CPU
   Intel Core i7 4790K @ 4.00GHz   69 °C (epic, thanks Noctua NH-L9i) (OC'd to 4.40Ghz)
   Haswell 22nm Technology
RAM
   16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 800MHz (9-9-9-24) (G.Skill Ripjaws X 4x4GB)
Motherboard
   MSI Z97 GAMING 5 (MS-7917) (SOCKET 0)   51 °C
Graphics
   Asus VA32AQ (2560x1440@59Hz)
   4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 (Gigabyte)   70 °C
Storage
111GB KINGSTON SH103S3120G (SATA-3 (SSD))   33 °C (this thing's like 8 years old and loaded up with Ubuntu because why not)
   931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-08WN4A0 (SATA )   41 °C
   931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-08WN4A0 (SATA )   40 °C
   465GB Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500GB (SATA (SSD))   41 °C
Other stuff
PSU: Corsair SF600 80+Gold Modular SFX
Case: Thermaltake Core G3 Slim ATX Chassis
^ (this thing was actually a pain in the ass to track down and I'm happy I did; it is small and sexy. I just wish it ran a little cooler)
   Mouse: Steelseries Rival 500
   Keyboard: Razer Ornata Chroma
Speakers: I don't remember the model but they're just some shitty 2.1 Logitech speakers and I don't care that much.
