UT2004 - where to get it

Some people have gotten banned from the servers because I blocked some warez cd keys. So, here's info on where to get a legit version of UT2004.

Digital distributions (Windows only)
• GamersGate - DRM free
• GOG - DRM free, probably the cheapest, but they give you a shared cd key and so you'll be banned on many servers. You can however email them for a unique CD key.
• Steam - has DRM (Steam client), but you can get rid of that by installing the latest patch (v3369).

Box products
• Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de
• Local stores

Demo version
From here you can find the latest demo version, it has multiplayer and many levels.
• ModDB: Windows, Linux, Mac OS
• Some FTP: ftp://ftp.snt.utwente.nl/pub/games/UT2004/demo/

Actually, with GOG's copy of UT2004, I've been booted multiple times because they "weren't able to validate my CD key." It was easily fixed by reinstalling, but after a while the problem would resurface and I'd have to reinstall again. Confirmed with both their shared CD key and one of their "unique" ones.

I'd suggest buying from other sources before GOG ;)
Previously known as: xS0NARx, Njordr, Latte, or whatever the "name of the week" was.

I thought you can only get used copies on Ebay. What's the point - you will not have your own cd key.

Okay amazon and others,,,,, are good but is there any site that is for download(payment one like gog as stated above by Raj), which doesnt gives shared cd keys ? gotta buy new one got tired of this cracked.

AFAIK, it's only something that GOG does. I'd go for GamersGate.

yay! got the game, a new fresh cd key, i am up and running! 
Going to play with that from tommorow morning

oh lol okay.....

damn took me almost 1 week to install it.....the files are real messy 
finally installed it anyway.....now gonna play some real :)

hmm i dont know what happen but when i try to play online a message like this comes :
Invalid CD Key.. UT2004 Master Server Couldnt validate ............................................ .
i mean wut? i buyed the game! the ECE one! and in this edition few new maps also available in instant action.

and when i want to search for a gametype randomly =


(Says Authentication Fail)
