there are many players who do that .... not the noobs who just joined ... but so many players who are regular on the server

It IS frowned upon, but I've never seen a rule for it in stone...

Just remember that a lot of people will hate you, I guess...

Team switching can turn into team stacking  very quickly
Auto balance keeps players evenly balanced per team
but does not consider  skill levels or points while doing so

Yep. It's a pretty lame thing to do. Besides, it's sometimes nice to have to fight for your life instead of winning all the time. Where would be the fun in being on the winning side all the time?!?!?!?

Well, I just session banned moi for this (i.e. removed from the server for one game).

In this case it was worse than normal. He moaned about the teams so I swapped to his rather poor team to help at which point he swapped to the stronger team. He didn't take the 'kick' hint.

In this case it was worse than that. He complained about the teams (his team was one player short). I swapped. He swapped teams into the slot in the team I'd left to help him.  I can't think of a form of win-team-joining which is more likely to annoy the person who swapped!
