To remove someone someone from the game you need more kickvotes, its not only my decision/opinion. But you decided to remove kickvote because of one player (Plassy)?
I remember when we kicked %u0336B%u0336o%u0336t%u0336 ... i mean ... Scofield once on Concrete arena, next day kickvoting was removed. Interesting, isn't it?
The last time kickvote was available, Plassy used to kickvote everyone, but it was just a joke. Then people actually starting using kickvote to make the game more enjoyable, and admins removed it.
